A former student is suing the University of Wisconsin – Madison (UW) for violation of her First Amendment rights. A nationwide class action lawsuit has been filed against Midwestern Pet Foods, Inc., makers of Sportmix, for selling poisonous food that killed hundreds of dogs and sickened hundreds of others.
